Hadith of the Day

Hadith: Buraidah Radiyallahu 'anhu narrates: I heard Rasullullah Sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam saying: There are three hundred and sixty joints in a body of a person: and Sadaqah is due from every joint. The Sahabah asked: Who would be able to give that much Sadaqah O Nabiyallah? He said: To bury spit thrown in the masjid is Sadaqah; to remove a troublesome thing from the way is Sadaqah; and offering two Rak'at Salatud-Duha suffices as Sadaqah (for all the joints of the body). (Abu Dawud: 5242)
